Shop manager grateful for help
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking members of the Port Vale Volunteers’ Group for all the help they have given to the Club Shop.
As supporters are aware we have already had three new strips on sale this season. . We knew the fans were anxious to purchase them so we endeavoured to get them on sale as soon as possible. This entailed a team of helpers folding and re-packaging the kits ready for the customer. Because we could not be sure when the kits would be delivered the volunteers made themselves available to the Club responding to phone calls!
In particular I would like to thank Maureen Givens, Jan and Rachel Hill, Trevor and Mary Moulton, John and Iris Palmer, Doreen Robbins, Jean Oakes, Elaine Sutton and Joan Stanley.
I trust I can call on them again when the new white strip arrives.
