Oldham last officiated the Vale in 1-0 win against Rochdale at Vale Park in October 2021, where A late Rochdale own goal gave the Valliant’s the victory in a Papa John's trophy fixture. In the 29 games he officiated last season, he has issued 82 yellow cards and four red cards, and has given 89 bookings and two red cards so far this season.
