Match Officials: Cambridge United

The Valiants will travel to the Abbey Stadium tonight when they prepare to take on Cambridge United, as they look to keep their form going from the weekend and secure back to back wins. The match officials for the fixture have been confirmed and can be found below:

Trevor Kettle, will take charge of the game, his sixth match so far this season, after having taken charge of 28 games last season.

EFL Trophy: 1 (19/20) 2 (20/21)

Carabao Cup: 1 (19/20) 1 (20/21)

FA Cup: 2 (19/20)

Kettle last officiated the Vale in February 2019, as the Valiants picked up a 3-2 win over Forest Green Rovers, with both Mitch Clark and Tom Pope being sent off. In the 28 games he officiated last season, he has issued 105 yellow cards and nine red cards. So far this season he has handed out 15 yellow cards and one red card.

His assistants will be Leigh Crowhurst and Stephen Brown, with Aaron Farmer taking on the role as fourth official.
