Vale will be hoping to make it two away wins in succession as they travel to Grimsby Town on Saturday, and the match officials have now been confirmed by the EFL.

Andy Haines has been handed the role of referee for the trip to Blundell Park, and you can find a breakdown of his games so far this season below:

4 Sky Bet League One games

4 Sky Bet League Two games

1 Carabao Cup game

1 Checkatrade Trophy game

During those 10 outings, Haines has handed out 36 yellow cards and three reds. His latest dismissal came on Tuesday night when he showed Tranmere's James Norwood a red card during their 1-0 win over Lincoln City.

The last Vale match he took charge of came back in November 2017 as Neil Aspin's men fell to a 3-1 defeat away to Lincoln City.

His assistants for this weekend's encounter will be Matthew Jones and Wayne Grunnill, whilst Alix Pashley will the fourth official for the fixture.
