Would you like to help a fellow Vale fan watch the team they love? Do you attend home games on your own but would like some company on matchdays?
Local charity VAST in partnership with the Stoke on Trent Adult Social Care team are looking for a volunteer to buddy up and assist a member of the community with accessing Vale Park on matchdays.
A long time Port Vale fan, our client has faced challenges making friends and anxiety being in a crowd alone. So, we’re looking for a Matchday Buddy to offer a fellow Valiant a little help getting from the taxi drop off point to his seat, finding the concession stands and directing to the toilet at half time and then getting back to his taxi at the end of the match.
Anyone interested would have the cost of their tickets paid for as a thank you.
