Richard Duffy believes Port Vale will have to grind out another result when they face Maidenhead United in their FA Cup first round replay.
The Valiants make the trip to York Road on Thursday evening to take on the Magpies LIVE on BT Sport.
The centre back was part of the side that was stunned by the non-league outfit’s last minute goal under a fortnight ago.
But, speaking exclusively to Valiant PlayerHD, the Welshman reckons the squad has reacted well and is willing to give everything to the cause in Berkshire.
“We’ve reacted well,” he said. “We’ve gone away to Barnsley, won two-one and ground out a result and I don’t think there’s going to be much difference on Thursday.
“It’s going to be another one of those games where we’re going to have to defend and put our bodies on the line and when we get the ball we’ve got to do our stuff and hurt them.”
