23/24 Season Ticket FAQs

How do you purchase a 2023/24 Season Ticket?

2023/24 Season Tickets are available via the following methods from 9am on Monday 13 March:

What are the Port Vale Ticket Office opening hours?

The Port Vale Ticket Office is open from 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday. The Ticket Office is also open 9am – 3pm on Saturdays and for around 30 minutes post-match on home matchdays.

What payment plan options are available?

There are two direct debit options to pay for your 2023/24 Season Tickets in monthly instalments.

The first window ends on Friday 24th March for a first payment on Thursday 6th April, with following payments on Saturday 6th May and Tuesday 6th June.

The second window ends on Friday 21st April, for payments on Saturday 6th May, Tuesday 6th June and Thursday 6th July.

I have a 2022/23 season ticket. For how long will my current seat be reserved?

Existing season ticket holders will have their current seats reserved until the end of the second price window on Friday 30th June, following which all tickets will be available for general sale.

I am currently a Bycars Stand Season Ticket Holder, ahead of the proposed stand swap, what seats are available to me?

As per communications with supporters at the Stand Swap Open Event and in the subsequent Q & A posted on the official Port Vale website, supporters in the Bycars Stand have had priority access to reserve seats in the Hamil Road Stand or vacant seats in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Stand or Railway Paddock.

If you have not yet reserved a seat, you can do so until the end of the second price window on Friday 30th June, when reserved seats not then purchased will also be released for general sale.

I am not a current season ticket holder, but would like to take advantage of the monthly instalment plans. Can I do this if the deadline is Friday 21st April?

Yes, all vacant seats are on general sale from 9am on Monday 13th March. The monthly instalment plans are available to all supporters who commit to purchasing before Friday 21st April.

Is the stand swap confirmed?

While we are planning ahead with the hope that the stand swap will go ahead, we are awaiting approval from the local authority for the stand swap to proceed and will communicate to supporters if/when approval is granted.

If approval isn’t granted, can I revert to my former seat in the Bycars Stand?

Yes, should the stand swap not materialise for the 2023/24 season, we would allow 2022/23 Season Ticket Holders to purchase their current seat in the Bycars.

Why is there no Junior Valiants option this season?

The Junior Valiants offering has been rebranded to ‘Team Valiants’ for the 2023/24 season, with even more benefits coming to the package than previous seasons.

Team Valiants will be a separate offering to ticketing, with packages including a 2023/24 home shirt as per previous seasons!

The automatic allocation of a season ticket to all ‘Team Valiants’ members has been removed following a review of the offering and supporter feedback.

That does not mean that Under 12 season tickets are not available at amazing value, though, with Under 12 Season Tickets FREE in the Hamil Road Stand with a full-paying 18+ ticket, while there is a charge of £30 for Under 12s in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Stand and Railway Paddock, though this charge is inclusive of up to four children, with a full-paying 18+ ticket.

Does this mean I have to pick up my junior ticket on a match-by-match basis?

No. 2023/24 Season Tickets are available to Under 12s - Free in the Hamil Road and £30 (inclusive of up to four children, subject to availability), in the Lorne St/Railway.

Supporters can now claim/purchase an Under 12 Season Ticket - alongside a full paying 18+ ticket - from the Ticket Office (either in person, via phone or online).

Can Under 12 Season Tickets be claimed/purchased on their own?

No. Under 12 Season Tickets must be associated to an over 18, full-paying adult ticket.

Do I have to purchase my Season Ticket at the same time as my Under 12 ticket?

While this is not mandatory, we encourage the full-paying 18+ tickets to be purchased at the same time as Under 12 tickets to ensure your tickets are together for the 2023/24 season.

Why is there a charge for Under 12 tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand?

Due to the limited availability of tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand, and the demand for seats in this area, the club has placed a small charge on junior tickets.

Priced at £30, tickets in this area equate to £1.30 per game, with that per game cost reducing if more than one child is added (up to four).

FREE Under 12 tickets are available in the Hamil Road Stand, which will also be the home of a dedicated Family Seating Area.

If I purchase a season ticket but decide I would like to change to an alternative seat, am I able to do this during the season?

Yes, this is available to all supporters free of charge until 1st September (subject to availability).

What criteria is needed to purchase a student ticket?

Valid ID/proof of full-time education.

Everybody connected with Port Vale FC would like to thank all Valiants for your incredible support throughout the 2022/23 season and we can’t wait to share the next step of our journey with you.
