Vale players visit half term football camp

21 February 2019

All of the children participating in the Port Vale Foundation's half term football camp were treated to a surprise today when they were visited by the first-team squad at Vale Park, and that capped off an enjoyable day of activities.

Children aged 5-13 spent the day having fun whilst improving their football skills before meeting several members of the Port Vale team, as well as John Askey and his staff.

The Foundation have been running these activities across the whole of the February half term, and they have proved to be very popular. With Friday's sessions still open, the week is set to end in style as participants will be presented with medals and plenty of other prizes.

Junior Valiant members will also receive a 10% discount. A full breakdown of the prices and what is on offer can be found below:

Children will require a packed lunch, drink, shin pads, suitable footwear for a 3G surface and warm, waterproof clothing. Please also ensure that children have trainers to wear for when they arrive.
