VACANCY: Foundation Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration

Port Vale Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to provide a high quality service to the general public and members. You will be involved in the administration across all themes the foundation delivers.

Duties include:

  • General office duties including filing, photocopying, sending and receiving faxes and email
  • To ensure all policies are updated and stored regularly
  • Deal with any general public enquiries relating to the Foundation
  • To keep an up to date database of all courses, attendances and figures
  • To create purchase orders
  • Generate invoices and collect payment accordingly
  • Take and produce minutes of meetings



Working week

Flexible working hours around the needs of the business. Between 9am–5pm, Monday - Friday

Total hours per week: 35.00

Training provider

You undertake with training from the employer and Stoke College On-programme for this Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship is usually a period of learning, development and continuous assessment, managed by the employer. In most cases, there’s also support from a training provider. The learning will be built around competencies and skills as set out in the standard. The knowledge, skills and behaviour that will be developed during the on-programme learning will include:
