Request A Call Back

For those fans who have been experiencing delays when trying to contact the Ticket Office, you can now request a call back.

During busy times, fans can be told of a waiting time in a queue to get through to speak to someone.

Some of you may not have the time to sit in a queue and we completely understand that and we want to help you.

Therefore, to avoid long delays, you can request for a call back at your convenience.

If you contact our Ticket Office Manager, Janet Ellis, by emailing her at Janet.Ellis@port-vale.co.uk and then giving your name, number and the time you would like to receive a call, then Janet and her staff will contact you back as soon as possible.
