We take a look at how those players currently away from Vale Park got on this weekend.

It was a disappointing day for Northampton and JJ Hooper. as the Cobblers lost 2-1 to Gillingham, having lead in the game 1-0.

Hooper played in 78 minutes of the game, before being substituted for Kenji Gorre.

To the National League now and where four current first team players are on loan at the moment.

Chester's Ryan Lloyd played 90 minutes in his side's 2-2 draw against rivals Tranmere Rovers.

Elsewhere, Sam Johnson was an unused sub in Gateshead's 5-0 win away at Dagenham & Redbridge.

Ryan Boot was also an unused sub, as was Nathan Ferguson, as Macclesfield Town suffered a 1-0 loss to Forest Green Rovers and Southport won 3-2 against Maidstone United.

Finally, it was a dissapointing day for Harry Pickering and Kidsgrove Athletic.

The Grove were knocked out of the FA Trophy, losing 5-3 to Stocksbridge Park Steels, despite leading 3-1 in the game.
