EFL Announce Officials For Tuesday Night.
Mark Heywood will be the man in the middle of Port Vale’s EFL Cup First Round clash with Carlisle United.
It will be the first time he has taken charge of a game involving the Valiants since March 2016 in the 1-1 draw with Shrewsbury Town..
Heywood brandished 76 yellow cards last season, sending off seven players and in total awarding 537 fouls.
He will be assisted by Barry Gordon and Barry Cropp, while Helen Byrne will act as fourth official.
