Vale Boss On MK Dons Tie
Port Vale manager Rob Page admits confidence is sky high among his players heading into this weekend’s FA Cup first round tie against MK Dons.
The Valiants host Karl Robinson’s side on Saturday, kick-off 3pm, on the back on consecutive wins in Sky Bet League One.
A 3-0 victory over Leyton Orient was followed up with a well-deserved three points against Colchester United at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Speaking exclusively to Valiant Player, Page discussed his side’s moral ahead of the visit of the Dons.
“The lads are very confident,” he said.
“The fact we’ve got two successive wins and an away performance that we’ve been threatening to do the last few weeks all coming together and getting a great win at Colchester who, in my opinion, are a very good team.”
