Vale Volunteers celebrate Robbie becoming a dad

His wife Ayda, gave birth to tiny Theodora Rose, affectionately known as Teddy, weighing 7lb 4oz, at London’s Portland Clinic. (There we go, part of our beloved club in her birth place!)
Knowing that a baby girl was expected the Port Vale Volunteers’ Group gathered a gift set of a pink baby blanket and baby grow, both with the Vale badge, and “I’m potty about the Vale” bib. They were delivered by George Andrews who was interviewing Robbie in London.
Robbie always wanted his wife to give birth in the UK, and what a celebration must have taken place – a new baby and a 5-2 win away to Fleetwood on the same day.
Everyone at Port Vale wishes to congratulate Robbie and Ayda on the birth of Teddy, and hope she will be a new addition to Port Vale’s growing fan base.
