Port Vale winger Ashley Vincent has been rewarded for his fine form in October as Football League sponsors npower are proud to reveal the prizes for the npower League 2 Player of the Month Awards.
So often the provider to the prolific Tom Pope with his crosses and dynamic wing play, Ashley Vincent had an impressive month in front of goal himself in October, scoring in the wins over Oxford United and Wycombe Wanderers. His continued good form and understanding with Pope has been a key part of Port Vale’s strong start to the season.
The Player of the Month panel sees Emma Collins joined by Wolves legend Don Goodman, BBC Sport’s Mark Clemmit and The Football League’s Head of Communications, John Nagle.
