2024/25 Season Tickets

2024/25 Season Tickets will be available from 9am on 6th June 2024 by heading to eticketing.co.uk/PVFC - supporters can set up their new online ticketing account in advance of Season Tickets going on sale.

Below is confirmation of pricing as well as some FAQs regarding season tickets and 'how to' guides for the setting up process.

Cost for Season Ticket Cards 

From the 2024/25 Season we will be introducing a small cost for the production of physical Season Ticket Cards. The cost of this will be £5 per card and will be used for multiple seasons. 

Digital Cards will be free of charge. 

Hospitality Season Tickets

Current seasonal hospitality ticket holders will be contacted regarding renewals.

Accessibility Stand

2023/24 Season Ticket Holders will have their spaces reserved until the end of the Second Release Window on 31st July 2024

Accessibility Stand Season Tickets are priced the same as tickets in the Hamil Road Stand and both the Railway Stand and Paddock.

Accessibility Stand Season Tickets were sold out in the 2023/24 season, though if you wish to purchase a Season Ticket and require access support on matchdays, please email Luke Cassidy, our Disability Access Officer (DAO@port-vale.co.uk) and we will endeavour to assist you where possible.

Unfortunately, due to a delay with our banking system, we have had to delay when supporters can purchase their 2024/25 Season Tickets using the payment plan method. This also means that we have had to amend the payment dates that were set out in the original season ticket communication. 

The payment plan dates will now be: 

  • 1st August 2024 
  • 1st September 2024
  • 1st October 2024

The deadline for supporters to sign up to the payment plan will be Monday 1st July 2024

The club will communicate with supporters when the payment plan option is available.

How do you purchase a 2024/25 Season Ticket?

2024/25 Season Tickets are available via the following methods which will be confirmed in due course:

What are the Port Vale Ticket Office opening hours?

The Club Store opening hours are:

Monday – 9:30am until 5pm

Tuesday – Saturday – 9am until 5pm,

I have a 2023/24 season ticket. For how long will my current seat be reserved?

Existing season ticket holders will have their current seats reserved until the end of the second purchase window, following which all tickets will be available for general sale.

I am not a current season ticket holder, but would like to take advantage of the monthly instalment plans.

Yes, all vacant seats are on general sale. For more information regarding instalment plans, see below on this page. 

Can Under 12 Season Tickets be claimed/purchased on their own?

Under 12 Season Tickets must be associated to an over 18, full-paying adult ticket.

Do I have to purchase my Season Ticket at the same time as my Under 12 ticket?

While this is not mandatory, we encourage the full-paying 18+ tickets to be purchased at the same time as Under 12 tickets to ensure your tickets are together for the 2024/25 season.

Why is there a charge for Under 12 tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand?

Due to the limited availability of tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Paddock and Railway Stand, and the demand for seats in this area, the club has placed a small charge on junior tickets.

Priced at £30, tickets in this area equate to £1.30 per game, with that per game cost reducing if more than one child is added (up to four).

FREE Under 12 tickets are available in the Hamil Road Stand, which will also be the home of a dedicated Family Seating Area.

If I purchase a season ticket but decide I would like to change to an alternative seat, am I able to do this during the season?

Yes, this is available to all supporters free of charge until 1st September (subject to availability).

What criteria is needed to purchase a student ticket?

Valid ID/proof of full-time education.

How do I obtain a carers Season Ticket?

To Obtain a carers season ticket, please come and visit a member of the team instore,

How will changing ticket provider affect me?

We will automatically transfer across your loyalty points & Contact details to our new ticketing platform, however it is in the best interest of each supporter to check your details ahead of the first game of the season.

What happens to my related contacts with the new ticketing provider?

Related Contacts will not be transferred across to the new ticketing system, to relink your contacts, please see below a guide on the 'My Network' feature.

Google, Apple Wallet & Physical Cards

If purchasing online, there will be a checkbox should you require a physical card, however our new provider is integrated with apple & google wallets, which can be automatically loaded onto your mobile phone, tablet or other electronic device, allowing for access to the stadium on matchdays. Furthermore, we feel environmentally, this helps us as part of our green planet initiative.

If I order a physical Card, when will this be available to collect?

Full details for this will be announced in due course.

Does the partnership between Port Vale and Ticketmaster mean supporters will have to go to Ticketmaster.co.uk to purchase tickets? 

No. Ticketmaster is providing the technology that will power our ticketing platform. Vale supporters will be able to go to a dedicated ticketing website to purchase tickets. 

Will there be a booking fee on top of my season tickets or match-by-match home tickets?

No, there will not be any booking fees added to any season tickets or match-by-match home tickets.

The club are still in discussions about what this means for our match-by-match away ticketing for next season and beyond.

If I have a problem with my ticket, will I have to contact Ticketmaster’s customer service?

No. Supporters can continue to contact our tickets@port-vale.co.uk should there be any issues or visit our club store.

What changes will I see?

Supporters can expect to see a stronger ticketing platform that is easy to navigate when purchasing tickets.

We will automatically transfer across your priority ticketing points and contact details to our new ticketing platform, however it is in the best interest of each supporter to check your details ahead of the first game of the season.

Further information regarding priority ticketing points will be communicated before the start of the 2024/25 season.

What happens to my related contacts with the new ticketing provider?

Related Contacts will not be transferred across to the new ticketing system. Further details on how to relink related contacts is further down this page

Does the ticketing platform apply to just match tickets?

All tickets and memberships that are sold by the club will be available through the new ticketing service, this includes:

  • Men’s First Team
  • Women’s First Team
  • 1876 Memberships
  • Hospitality
  • Team Valiant Memberships
  • Stadium / Club Events

Will my bank details still be linked/saved to my account?

Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), supporters will need to add their card details again to the new ticketing platform. Further information on how to do this will be communicated in due course.

  1. Head to eticketing.co.uk/pvfc
  2. Click 'Sign In' at the top right of the screen
  3. Click 'Activate Membership Account'
  4. Enter your Supporter Number (Which is printed on your 2023/24 Season Card and a guide on how to get this can be found below) and your Surname
  5. Click Find my account
  6. Complete your personal details ensuring you remember the email and password you entered and then click save details

Your client reference will now be activated.

  1. Head to www.pvfc-shop.com
  2. If you have used your account before, Enter your username and password. If you have not visited your online account before however you have been to Vale Park, click “If you have not already set up an online account but have purchased a season or membership ticket click here” following the steps to regain access to your account.
  3. Once Logged in, you will then need to select the ‘View My Details’ tab
  4. You will then see your Unique PVFC Supporter Number, in the top left of your screen (Labelled Ref No NOT Account Reference) ,  Take note of this number, as you will need this when activating your account on Ticketmaster. 
  5. You will also need to gather your related contacts' Supporter Numbers should you wish to activate an account on their behalf and if you would like to add them to your network.

Before completing these steps, please ensure you have created an e-ticketing account. 

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on the 'Renew Now' link which will appear in your notifications homepage and then add your season ticket to your basket. 
  3. Choose your payment method. No booking fees apply when you renew online. You can pay in full using debit or credit card or apply via direct debit. 
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your online renewal. 
  5. If you're renewing on behalf of your friends and family please see below for a step-by-step guide to creating a 'My Network' that will allow you to allocate tickets of other supporters.

My Network is designed to make it easy for you to purchase tickets online on behalf of your friends & family.

Once you have created your network you can easily allocate tickets that are in your basket to your friends and family. Before you can create your own network, you must be registered online.

IMPORTANT: Friends or Family members must have already activated their accounts in order for you to add them to your network. 

  1. Once logged in, click the supporter icon in top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click View Account Menu
  3. Under Account Management section click “My Network”
  4. Click “Add Members”
  5. Add Fan Number and surname of your friend or family member.
  6. This will bring up a name and email address. Click ‘SELECT’ to add to your
    friend or family member to your network

ADDING TO YOUR NETWORK
When you add a friend to your network, you are automatically added to your friend's network at the same time. At this stage you can both purchase tickets on the other’s behalf.

However, you can always edit the ability of others in your Network to assign or manage your tickets using the options outlined below: 


MANAGING YOUR NETWORK
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the name of the person you want to manage and you will be able to edit ticket privileges or remove the member from your
network.


EDIT TICKET PRIVILEGES
Supporters can have two levels of ticket privileges. You can either ASSIGN or MANAGE your friends’ tickets and they can either ASSIGN or MANAGE yours.


To find out what privileges you have on your friends account, and what privileges they have on yours, click on their name on the MY NETWORK PAGE.
 
WHERE IT SAYS ‘ME’:

  1. If it says, “I can ASSIGN tickets to XX”, then you can only buy tickets for that
    person.
  2. If it says, “I can MANAGE tickets for XX”, then you can buy tickets for that
    person, pay for their reserved seats in cup games, and renew their Season
    Ticket for them.

WHERE IT SAYS THEIR NAME:

  1. If it says, “XX can ASSIGN tickets to me”, then they can only buy tickets for you.

If it says, “XX can MANAGE tickets for me”, then they can buy tickets for you, pay for your reserved seats in cup games, and renew your Season Ticket for you.
 
EDIT YOUR PRIVILEGES

  1. Click where is says EDIT next to either your name or your friends name.
  2. To edit your privileges on your friend’s account. Choose one
    of the two tick boxes: “I can ASSIGN tickets to XX” or “I can MANAGE tickets
    for XX”.
  3. The Assign option is ticked by default. If you can currently manage your
    friends account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the
    ASSIGN BOX.

If you click MANAGE – a request will be sent to your friends registered email
address, they will have to accept your request to manage their account by
logging into their own account and accepting your request.
 
EDIT YOUR FRIEND’S PRIVILEGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

  1. Choose one of the two tick boxes: “XX can ASSIGN tickets me”
    or “XX can MANAGE tickets for me”.
  2. The ASSIGN option is ticked by default. If your friend can currently manage
    your account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the ASSIGN
    BOX.
  3. If you click MANAGE then your friend will be given the privileges to manage
    your account from the next time they log in.

PLEASE NOTE – IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PRIVILEGES TO MANAGE YOUR FRIENDS ACCOUNT THEN YOU CANNOT CONFIRM THEIR RESERVATIONS OR RENEW THEIR SEASON TICKET.
