The Vale Park Enterprise Centre (VPEC) is housed on the first floor of the newly completed section of the Lorne Street Stand.Comprising 20 office suites of various sizes VPEC includes a host of superb facilities including secure access entry, integrated digital phone system, high speed broadband connection, fully equipped kitchen area plus access to the excellent Conference and Event facilities at Vale Park.
The Centre is now a busy community in itself, with a wide variety of industries represented. Tenants also benefit from great rates on meeting rooms and training and exhibition facilities, and lunch and breakfast options from the club's kitchen.
Due to the club's community policy of competitive rents to help support local businesses, we anticipate that the Centre will be full in the next few months, from which time we will operate a waiting list for businesses keen to join us at Vale Park.
