Ownership of shares in Port Vale is not at all expensive or difficult to organise. Nor does it convey any of the Club's liabilities onto shareholders. Shares are available for sale to any members of the Valiant 2001 Association, and membership is available for a one-time fee of just £5. From a minimum share purchase of just £50, you can secure a part of the Club to call your own and a share certificate to prove it.

Being a shareholder in Port Vale is not just about putting money into the Club.As a shareholder you effectively own a part of the Club and you therefore have rights to a voice in the Club's activities. You are entitled to attend, vote and have the chance to speak at annual meetings or other meetings arranged for shareholders. You can vote in members of the Board of Directors, vote in the financial auditor and vote on resolutions brought by the Board.

To own shares in Port Vale it is necessary by law to be a member of the Valiant 2001 Association at a cost of £5 by completing a simple application form.The minimum investment is £50 and shares are available in increments of £5 over and above this minimum up to a maximum of 24.9% of the issued share capital.A share saving scheme is also in operation with the monthly investment, in multiples of £5, collected by standing order payment directly from your bank.
