Port Vale midfielder Sam Foley felt the win over Sheffield United was a great way to cap off a successful week.
Goals from Byron Moore and Uche Ikpeazu made sure Matt Done’s stoppage time strike was just a consolation for Nigel Adkins’ side.
Foley played the full 90 minutes of the 2-1 victory, which made it seven points from nine over the past seven days.
Speaking exclusively to Valiant PlayerHD, he said that is a good return from the last three fixtures.
“A great win, a great performance,” he commented. “It caps off three good games so we’ve got seven points out of three which is a great return.”
