Port Vale defender Neill Collinsthinks Friday night’s match with Preston North End will prove to be a tense affair.
Vale are still aiming to pull clear of the relegation zone while North End are chasing promotion to the Sky Bet Championship and Collins thinks these circumstances will have a big impact on the contest.
The 31-year-old told Valiant Player: “I’ve been in Preston’s position and I know how tough it is when you’re going for promotion. Every game you get a bit more nervous the closer you get.
“Similar to our position, we’re fighting for our lives so it should make for good game and certainly a tense game as well.”
