Phil Gibbs will referee Port Vale’s clash with Coventry City this weekend.
The Valiants host the Sky Blues on Sunday, kick off 2pm, in Sky Bet League One action.
Mr Gibbs has officiated eleven games so far this term, brandishing 30 yellow cards and two reds.
The last time he took charge of a game involving Vale was during the 2013/14 season when the Valiants fell to a 2-0 defeat at Brentford.
James Mainwaring and Brian Durie will be linesmen while Alan Clayton will be the fourth official.
