Disabled Supporters Information
Welcome to Port Vale FC – here you can find information about areas that are more accessible or suitable for our disabled supporters. We offer additional services for all forms of disability, ranging from the partially sighted through to supporters who are on medium or high disability living allowance.
Your safety is our main concern here at Vale Park at that is why we have specific areas around the stadium to ensure that your visit with us is as special to you as it is to us.
Wheelchair users will need to use the Disabled Stand.
For ambulant supporters who have a personal assistant that they will be bringing with them - please inform a member of staff as disabled supporters who are receiving medium or high disability allowance are allowed to bring along a helper, free of charge, within the Bycars Stand and the Disabled Stand. (Proof of allowance is required)
The Disabled Stand is the only stand with wheelchair access.
A free helper ticket can be given to away supporters sitting in the Hamil Road Stand - please acknowledge that the facilities in this stand are not to the same standard as the Disabled Stand.
